The study aimed to determine the level of employer satisfaction with the graduates of the Bachelor of Science in Biology program of the Southern Luzon State University from batch 2007 to 2024. This study employed a quantitative descriptive design, using Performance Management Theory and Feedback Intervention Theory to assess the level of employer satisfaction with the graduates’ communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, work attitude, interpersonal skills, and management skills. A total of 193 employers were surveyed using a structured online questionnaire. The results of the study showed that the graduates of the BS Biology program performed from sometimes to always above the standards of employers in all the competency domains. Furthermore, the study found that the graduates demonstrate strong readiness for technical and research-oriented work and the BS Biology curriculum remains relevant to current workplace demands. However, to further strengthen graduate competencies, it is recommended that the program enhance both the curriculum and the students’ learning experiences. Attention should be given to experiential learning, leadership development, and communication-focused activities to better align graduate competencies with evolving workplace expectations.
